| Founder Coastal Connections founder, Andy Devine, has over 16 years experience in the fiber optics and telecommunications industry. As a leader at RIFOCS/ Tempo Corporation, he was the Director of Operations, and led the fiber optic termination business and managed military contracts studying failure modes of fiber optic connectors. As an engineer he has developed termination processes, test equipment, termination tools, and equipment for installing under sea cables. As a student he has received an MBA and an Engineering degree.
