Mark Pe
Account Manager
Hi. I’m Mark Pe. As a young man with many career dreams, I started working from a young age in the hospitality industry with jobs that included bartending, serving tables, bar-backing, bussing tables and even working in hotels.
“Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work, but when combined, it’s a scary scenario.”
I couldn’t agree more with the quote mentioned above. Life introduced me to the marketing industry, and I haven’t looked back. I have been in this industry for two years. I love that our company allows me to provide opportunities daily and work with people who have good intentions and inspire others to be great. I enjoy working with well-known businesses across industries and helping my clients reach their products and services to their target audience.
I have several personal and professional goals that I want to achieve in the next few years. I want to continue teaching others how to run a business as effectively as mine. I also want to promote seven people to management roles this year. On the personal front, I look forward to getting engaged within the next few months and going on family vacations with my kids and family. I am working towards building a national organization across 30 cities. I also want to create a non-profit organization in the neighborhood I grew up in to help educate low-income families on financial literacy and equip the youth with the proper tools to succeed.
Looking ahead, I want to retire my mom who’s worked so hard all her life, so I want to be able to pay it forward. I see myself being able to consult for over 30 offices, while being happily married, My kids and my family motivate me to keep working hard. I have two little boys who depend on me to provide them with the future that I didn’t have growing up.
I hope my continued mentorship, my drive, and my passion never change. I derive great strength from relationship-building and leading by example.
I believe the small things in life inspire you to do great things. I wake up with gratitude, take my oldest to school, wake up an hour earlier than supposed to spend time with my newborn and I wake up to an opportunity to build something for my future. I meditate twice a day; it helps me wind down and relax. Thanksgiving Day is my favorite time of the year as I get to self-reflect on what I’m grateful for and give back.
